A large part of daily operations consists of processing intake. Between entering items into our stock system or preparing pieces for return, a lot of organisation goes into running smooth consignment.

Display and information management are also covered by the VM’er responsibility.

Assistant Store Manager
On a daily basis, Tamago receives great designer pieces that need to be processed. A lot of information needs to be gathered to complete an assessment succesfully. Quick profiling of new intake falls under the assistant’s responsability as well as managment of the work-environment and consignor- and customer hospitality.

Brand Management
Analyzing the key-demographics and creating, planning and executing campaigns and promotions are some of the aspects of brand management.

Customer Service
Tamago is expanding in the terrain of online services. We feel a cross-channel approach is the future of consignment services.
