What we collect

Only what we need to help you: your name and contact details when you book an appointment, request a shipping label or get in touch; and, if you consign with us, the pieces you bring, your sales and the bank details we pay you out to.

Why

To handle your intake, sales and payouts, to answer your questions, and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping our accounts for seven years.

Who we share it with

Nobody, apart from the services we use to run the shop: Acuity Scheduling for appointments, Google for email, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. We never sell your data.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The booking calendar on the sell page is loaded from Acuity Scheduling, which may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing service@tamago.co. If you’re not satisfied with how we handle it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
